Emily, both Levertov’s and your imagery touched my soul. If one were trying to articulate an example of perfect trust and faith in our Father, this is it. We just need to close our eyes, open our heart, and picture each image portrayed here in easy-to-comprehend language….. This is not always easy to do when we are in the throes of pain and loss. But I believe that our Father knows this and He will seek us out later when we are better able to understand and to accept the Grace that He has given us when we were in the depths of sadness and in need of solace….
